The PotusxXx Constitution

PotusxXx is a collaborative project where we work together virtually or in person as a creative outlet. By using our talents and sharing our knowledge with each other, we can create a unique experience for everyone.

By involving yourself in this project, you acknowledge that any created works will be uploaded to not including to Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube, Bandlab, and anywhere else we can share the created.

All royalities are split equally among participants and uploaded through distrokid.

Each participant is responsible for any associated costs to withdraw their royalities from distrokid.

While PotusxXx was created by Lelan Allen IV, Dewey Richbar, Nick John Gabriel Lucido, and Jasmine as a creative outlet, at no time does any of them get the final say on the direction of this project. Everyone involved is able to pitch ideas and offer feedback regardless of their level of involvement.

If at anytime there is a disagreement, a vote will occur to determine the final outcome.

It is important to note that while all members have different experiences, preferences and values, anyone can offer feedback or input at anytime. We only want to create the best possible work as we possibly can. At no time is anyone providing feedback doing it in a way that is intended to be disrespectful to another person.

While we create jokes and are a shitposting project, at times some of the content could be considered offensive to some people. If anyone is uncomfortable with the content, please share with the group so that it can be changed. It is not expected that you give reasons why something might be offensive, but we don't read minds and are unable to make changes if we are unaware.

To decide the next song, it will be done by a group vote.

Amendment I

To be involved with PotusxXx all that is required is a willingness to get involved. Simply record your part and send it to us to add to the song.

When a song is completed, you will have the opportunity to list yourself as a "featured artist" if would like.

While we all have preferred names we like to go by, when filling out credits, it is important that your legal name is used.

The most important thing is that everyone has fun. Invite your friends. The more the merrier.

Amendment II

Based on our approach of "Crossing Bridges as we come to them"

If at any point you decide to cease your relationship with PotusxXx, we will purge any ideas the departed had contributed to the "Pitch a Song" thread to avoid making the mistake of not giving someone credit for their idea should we pursue the idea later on. This will be our procedure in the event that someone who has "Pitched a song" leaves the group, unless otherwise agreed upon between PotusxXx and the person who had this idea.
